Meet the Inspector
Welcome ~
I'm Ed, the owner and inspector of Next Level Inspections.
At a young age, I started working in various skilled trades. I have experience in residential and commercial framing, roofing, siding, windows, and plumbing. All of this experience has built a nice foundation for me as a Home Inspector. I am currently licensed in the State of Michigan as a Residential Builder and a Journeyman Plumber. In 2016 I completed my initial inspection training through the American Society of Home Inspectors [ASHI]. All of my inspections are based on ASHI's standards, and I continue my education through them yearly.

Full Inspection

A full inspection is the most common service. This includes a thorough inspection of all the main components of a home. Such as, but not limited to structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components. Please call or text for pricing.
Pre-Inspection

Radon and Termite Inspections
